Training
workshops conducted regularly for generating awareness and equipping people
with skills for better knowledge. Agriculture Labour union, construction
Labour Union, Forest labour union conducted training workshop in collaboration
with Central Workers' Education Board for workers of unorganized sector
like agricultural workers, construction workers and rural poor people.
Education board provides the stipend to participants. The group like Dharma
Vikas Mandal conducted training for tribal women for sewing and tailoring
and then provided sewing machines and similarly animal husbandry training
for dairy activity for income generation. The groups in earthquake affected
areas like in Banaskantha and Surrender nagar conducted several trainings
workshop with local community members for drought proofing, land and water
development activities. |
